NOTE 4 : Whether or not the special keys, excluding the header and terminator in the transmission format,

When the special key transmission is designated, data characters from E7h to FDh in the transmission

are substitution rule tabled below before they are transmitted.

Data from the Left SHIFT, Left CTRL and Left ALT keys is transmitted together with the data representing

the subsequently selected character or key that was simultaneously pressed.
